The Service provides temporary SMS numbers, long-term number rentals, temporary email activations, and private accounts ("NAP Accounts") on a pre-paid basis. All services are provided as-is.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under the account. All funds added to your balance are non-refundable unless a service explicitly fails to be delivered.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Upon purchase of a NAP Account, you must immediately change the password and all recovery information. We are not responsible for the account after it has been delivered to you.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and forfeit your balance for any violation of these terms without notice.
